ReplyDeleteThe discussion was so thought-full, even with the wine...lol! I like Bonnie's comment that we must guard against "beating ourselves up" over our level of awareness of ELL issues. The staff are so amazing and caring with the kids and they are fortunate. Our profession is ALL about learning, adapting and moving forward!
